Hi there I'm Claudio,
I'm a state certified (ROPEC), autonomo personal trainer and nutritionist with 5 years personal training and a lifetime of sports and physical activity experience.

I decided to solve this by gaining a masters degree in Psychology and then a Diploma in personal training and nutrition.
